Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Shipping to most regions internationally is charged as follows:
25 USD for 1 article
30 USD for 2 articles
35 USD for 3 articles
45 USD for 4 articles
50 USD for 5 articles
60 USD for 6 articles
70 USD for 7 articles
80 USD for 8 articles
115 USD for 9 articles
125 USD for 10 or more articles

Free Shipping is applicable on orders exceeding $450. (Note: Wedding Pret items are excluded from free shipping , irrespective of the final order value.)

Charges are subject to changes for certain regions such as Australia, South America etc.
Prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

if parcel gets stuck in customs which it usually does not then the brand will not be responsible. In light of current events and situation throughout the county due to Covid-19, our shipping policy is as follows:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders ship through PS/FedEx/TCS and are delivered in 7-10 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). Once your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and an order tracking number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status. Cross Stitch has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to - Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
